Dr. Ronke Komolafe, DBH, brings more than 12 years of behavioral health and integrated care experience. Prior to her current position as vice president of compliance and operations with TopazIS (now NextGen Healthcare), Dr. Komolafe was responsible for integrating behavioral and physical health services for Arizona Medicaid members with HealthNet of Arizona. She has served as a behavioral health program manager at Arizona Medicaid and a case manager at a behavioral health clinic. In addition to her Doctor of Behavioral Health degree, she holds both an MBA and a BA in Psychology.

Lynne Emmons is an Arizona native who caught her big break in health care at the age of 10 by selling golf balls and lemonade to raise money for her community’s first health clinic. Years later, she paid her way through college by working with youth diagnosed with autism and graduated with a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Seeking an opportunity to be of service to her community, Lynne started her career as a therapist and worked her way up the ranks at Valle del Sol to her current position as Chief Operations Officer and the former Chair of the AZ FQHC Quality Improvement Committee. In 2018, she earned her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In this capacity, Lynne has been able to drive change initiatives which impact health care for over 500k Arizona and New Mexico residents.
